D I S T A N C I N G

Social distancing means staying away from my friends and not being able to do things I love.

Social distancing means taking dance classes ONLINE and not sharing a frapuccino with my best friend.

But, social distancing also means spending time with my family and playing with my brothers.

It means playing board games, watching movies, and dancing using WiiU together.

Social distancing makes me chat with my friends even more because we can't see each other and we want to be in each others' lives.

I spend my time cooking blueberry muffins with my mom.

I play badminton with my brother in our yard.

I go for a short walk around the neighborhood.

I take pictures of the cherry blossoms and flowers, as spring is my favourite time of the year.

During the walks I have noticed that people are very careful when they see other people. They cross the street to the other side not to come close to you. The streets are empty and there are very few cars on the roads. Lots of people wear masks and gloves. It is very sad to not being able to enjoy this beautiful season when nature is blooming.
